We wrapped up an awesome year at Popstroke today! Lots of fun for all! Thank you to all our volunteers who have given their time and dedication for the game to help the next generation. A special thanks to Rod Perry and the team at Crane Lakes for hosting our girls every month, grateful every day!

Today was our Special Halloween Day! Some of our Daytona Beach LPGA Amateurs came out to help support our girls and take part in some fun competitions and see what we do! Awards were given for various costume categories, putting and chipping team prizes, masterpiece pumpkin creations and lots of sweet treats 👻👻👻

Great day at Crane Lakes today!we focused on our Engage “E” and Sustainability on the course and in our everyday life! We even played sharks and minnows putting game working on our aim and distance! Look forward to Halloween madness October 19th.

Spruce Creek Hawks girls team played at Crane Lakes yesterday for a match against Deland. They played happy! So great to see our GG eLeaders Lexi, Vanessa and Taylor playing on the team. Keep up the great work ladies!

Back to School/Bring a friend day was so much fun. Welcome to our new friends who joined us and thanks to our returning golfers! Solheim cup poster creation was our first item for the day while 2 groups went out on the course to work on fairways hit and low putts! Everyone else focuses on direction and distance putting to the ducks and playing tic tac toe! We enjoyed a cooling moment with a water balloon toss followed by tower building/hitting for our Empower moment! We even had time for some exercise and prizes along with snacks and some amazing chocolates hand made and brought to us by our eleader Lexi!!! Banner day for sure. Net month we meet September 21. Hope you can all join us.

Today was our Enrich Experience Under the Sea sponsored by DOW! The weather was forecasted for rain most of the day but we were able to get in a bit of golf and all of our craft station where we made Squishmellows. (First time for me!) We had the fish team, turtle team and shark team! And everyone learned the importance of taking care of our waterways both on the course and in the ocean. The girls loved their bag tags, towels and tees! Thank you Dow! Look forward to seeing everyone August 17th.

Dino Day was a hit! The kids and their parents enjoyed themselves! Fun cards and crafts for their Dads, a creative putting competition and the girls taught their dads how to pitch onto the Dino green! They even pinned the bone on the dinosaur and left with dinosaur eggs and lots of goodies. The girls were Dinomite! Thank you to the amazing team that shows up every month to make this possible, I am grateful for you all. Look forward to seeing everyone July 20th.

These pics tell it all!! Our girls got to teach their moms/grandmas not only how to putt but to work together to create a masterpiece design on their hole. Lots of laughter and smiles. Finished the day with a water balloon toss that the girls loved. Thank you to our volunteers for helping out today! Happy Mother’s Day to all and thank you for spending the day with us!
