We did a 90 min day after Christmas ruck and passed through the Sugar Mill Gardens in Port Orange.

It is such a wonderful place to visit where you can understand that the beauty was created there with intention.

The place is run all by volunteers and it's FREE (donations always accepted!)

Free parking.

Perfect place to add into a staycation, or just pull off into on your way home.

Everything sucks and the world is on fire 🙃 Here’s how to completely dissociate: 📱 Limit social media. Set a time limit for all social media apps under screen time. I’ve set mine to an hour a day 📖 Make time for a relaxing hobby. Coloring, reading, crafting, etc. 🚶‍♀️Get your body moving. Even if it just means a walk around the neighborhood. 🌲Try to get out in nature. Don’t listen to music or a podcast. Just enjoy the silence. 👯‍♀️ Call up a good friend, or even better, go SEE a friend. You can have a movie watch night, sleepover, or just a casual dinner 🐕 Spend quality time with your pets 💆🏻‍♀️ Schedule a massage if you can or another relaxing service Godspeed my friends✌️
