✨ New Classes I’m Teaching! ✨

What started as a subbing gig turned into a year of teaching barre and yoga at — and it’s become such an essential part of my life. I’ve found community, a place to share my knowledge, and a way to grow as both an instructor and a mom. 💛

This fall, I’m excited to share my new teaching schedule:

🌿 Barre — Mondays 11 AM
A ballet-inspired, strength-focused workout. Perfect for dance lovers, leg-day enthusiasts, or anyone looking to ease back into movement. Always fun, always challenging.

🌿 Core Express — Tuesdays 10:45 AM
A 30-min deep core class using breathwork and functional movement (no crunches or burpees here!). Safe for postpartum & anyone working on core strength or pelvic floor health.

🌿 Stretch & Roll — Tuesdays 11:30 AM
A 45-min blend of myofascial release + stretching to ease tight spots, boost mobility, and balance your body. Great for anyone who moves — because we all have imbalances!

UPDATE THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE OF THE OTHER UPDATE.

Yesterday I spontaneously decided to do a live on this page with an update of my life. Today Instagram decided to tteach me a lesson of double checking technical issues before promising anything publically. Well, lesson learnt😉

I'd like to say thank you to all of you that didn't ungollow me while I was silent here. I was sharing my life on my personal account , where you're welcome to follow me.

I'm welcoming new followers that joined while I was not actively posting. I hope you found some of my old videos helpful. Just know, that I'm answering questions in comments and messages. So don't hesitate to ask anything there.

I'm planning to come back here slowly with starting to put out videos that never made it before I went silent. Trust me, there's a lot of materials that I'd like to share. But I will be taking time to get there. If I learnt anything from this time out it's that I don't need to push myself or use a harsh discipline with deadlines on my work schedule.
