I have been a School Counselor for 15 years.

I help new & discouraged elementary school counselors create a program they love by designing their program in a way that stakeholders will admire, students will benefit from, and the counselor will enjoy life/work balance and prevention of burnout. I've successfully adapted to many new supervisors during my career in business and education over the past 30 years. I have extensive training in communication skills, stress management, brain research and problem-solving strategies.
