Hi my name is Felicity Lac and I opened Plyo Yoga in July 2023. My dream is to open up my own business and become a successful entrepreneur. I’m 24 and I did not want to wait until I was 30 or graduated to start a business. So I saved up about two months rent and jumped on board. I hate rollercoasters but I’m ready for the ups and downs of being a yoga studio owner. I’ve became a yoga teacher and started my practice in 2020 (yes at the same time 😂). When I love something, I impulsively put my all into it. I want to educate, teach, and spread awareness of the importance of mind-body connection. You cannot be any more present than when you practice yoga. Yoga taught me mindfulness and spiritual philosophy. From the support of my loved ones and the inspiration from the do-ers in world, I decided to take my first step into the world of betting on yourself and I haven’t looked back since.
