Hi, Yogis! I'll be covering Sara's classes on the following dates at the Garden Club this month.
Monday, July 13 at 9:00am
Friday, July 17 at 9:00am
Monday, July 20 at 9:00
We will not have class at Americus Ave those days, by my regular students are welcome to join me at the Garden Club.
If you are a regular with Sara - you don't need to do anything. Register like normal and show up.

This week ends our spring restorative yoga series The Joe Center for the Arts. It was a great run! Taking the summer off and plan to return in the fall. Enjoy the sunshine, travel and family time! See you in a few months!

NEW Summer Yoga Class Updates :
Monday morning classes at Americus Ave have been cancelled for the summer.
We will continue Monday evening classes at 5:30pm at The Joe Center for the Arts.
Wednesday and Friday morning classes at Americus Ave will be at 9:30am (instead of 10am) due to summer heat.
