We started the day with a tough loss to the Fire Hawks, 18–6… but you bounced back like CHAMPIONS and took down the Panthers 19–13. That fight, that heart, that refusal to give up — that’s what this team is built on.

I want to congratulate every single player and coach on earning 3rd place in the Turkey Bowl. I am beyond proud of how you held it together and did what needed to be done when it mattered most. 🏈💪

I salute ALL the players, but I want to send a special shoutout to the five players who came up and stepped up in a big way today. You boys showed exactly what it means to rise to the moment.

It’s been a hell of a ride, and I wouldn’t change a thing. This year built MEN — and today, you proved it. Remember: you can accomplish anything as long as you work hard for it, both in football and in life.
