🌸 Our next Friday Night Lights is a special one. Come out on 7/24 from 5-8pm and help support CHRISTINA⭐️🌴 very dear friend Diane Torres as she battles stage 2 breast cancer.

💐 This will be an in house throwdown style night with a burner wod followed by a heavy complex. It will be announced Thursday PM 7/23. Special note: the workout will ONLY be done Friday night. Regular classes will have a different workout that day.

💓Heat sheets will be posted starting the week of 7/20. Sign up for your heat in advance to guarantee a spot. We will run heats starting at 5pm and then again 630pm. Coaches will warm you up.

🎊 All proceeds that week and night will go to Diane. Lastly if you are on a punch card, 3 class a week of a non member you will not be charged a class that night. All we ask is you make a donation ( none to small) to Diane’s fund.

The ladies clothing swap was a giant success. Our TCCF ladies went home with lots of goodies, filled tummy’s and full hearts. We love our community ♥️☺️🎊
