Rules: Athletes will have 60 seconds to get as many reps as possible. Athlete will starts with hands on the yoke. Once the athlete completes one rep, they must go to the other side of the yoke and continue. Time limit will be 60 seconds. Yes, this ia considered cardio!

Truck Pull
Rules: Athlete will start with hands off the rope. Athlete will be seated and continuously pull the rope until the truck crosses the finished line. Distance will be 50ft. Max time limit is 60 sec. If truck does not cross finish line, distance will be measured. Lane 1 will be a Chevy Silverado. Lane 2 will be a H1 Hummer!

Allowed: Belt, sleeves, wrist wraps

Not Allowed: Tacky of any sort

ATV Conans Wheel
Rules: Athlete can touch the implement but must wait until the "Go" command to pick the implement up. Athlete will continuously carry the implement as far as possible. Once the implement touches the ground distance will be measured. Time limit of 60 seconds. Once the implement touches the ground measurment will be taken.

Allowed: Belt, knee sleeves

Not allowed: Tacky of any sort, suits, straps

Tire Axle Clean and Press
Rules: Clean and Press each rep. Athletes can't touch implement until the "Go" command. A press will be considered good when the athlete shows control of the implement with it locked out overhead, with shoulders, hips, and knees stacked. All kinds of pressing are allowed, split jerk, power jerk, push press. A “down” command will be given when the judge determines the lift complete. Athlete does NOT have to wait for an up command. If weight is dropped from overhead without control, athletes time will stop and be disqualified from event. The tires are bouncy and athletes will need to show control for safety of both the athletes and volunteers. Time cap for event is 60sec.

Allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, belts, grip shirts.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any sort
