Exciting things are coming this summer! Starting with a new sign outside!! (We are not closing, just putting up a new one) As you know, we've been unaffiliated from CrossFit for almost 2 years now! Our official name is MachineLab Fitness, and we're getting signs to match that!! We are now a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week fitness club!! Watch for upcoming classes; we will be bringing back step aerobics with an instructor this summer!! And did somebody say tanning!!!! Lots of changes in a positive direction, and with that, we will be running a summer special for all new clients: three months for one low price of $275!!! This will include all classes and open gym!! Unpopular opinion… Weight-loss and physical change happens when your caloric physical activity exceeds your consumption calories! Simply stated calories in versus calories out -plain and simple, adding a shake, drinking high energy drinks are not the magic pill! Consuming too many calories is the problem,adding more processed calories to your diet is not going to fix it! Reducing your current intake in calories no matter what it is will reduce body fat. Eating WHOLE healthy food, as unprocessed as possible! Read ingredients if it looks like a bunch of words you don’t understand it’s a chemical s**t storm! AVOID IT! Get back to basics if you can’t kill it, or grow it and it doesn’t expire within two weeks, limit it! Thats the magic and when you’re ready to include exercise come see me for nutrition guidance and a workout plan! Learn to eat from your fridge without all the hype on overpriced shakes and caffinated processed drinks! I’ve been there and know what its like to struggle in this world with so many quick fixes that never really work! —Its going to be 2026 before you know it!! Stop in for winter specials!!!

Holiday hours please make a note!! There will be no Wednesday night 4:15pm or 5:30 pm classes, we are closed all Thursday, and closed for Friday morning classes 5:45am and 8:30am.
Members are Welcome to come in and use the gym for open gym at any time during the closed class hours.
Saturday class will be at 8 AM for the rest of winter starting this Saturday! And we will have mimosas after class to celebrate a little post Thanksgiving Workout!
Please make note that the Group Exercise workout will start at 8 AM tomorrow morning Saturday the 17th only, it’s moved from 8:30 AM to start at 8 AM! see you bright early!
