Unfortunately still no power at the gym. But we will get through this. The Lord will always be our strength and will carry us through any storm. The words to this song are words to give us strength and peace to know it will all be ok. No matter what we face and no matter the storm, there's need to worry because God is in control. You might think that this song is not appropriate for a gym post but these are the moments in life when our feelings of helplessness and worry can give us the strength not in ourselves but in God, and that is something a barbell cannot do.

This was the view outside my office door of the entire weight room at 5 AM this morning. I turned off my flashlight to take the picture. I'm pretty sure a Gym Fails video will be out soon somewhere of somebody doing something "unique"in some gym in the dark. See you all soon. Stay safe and God bless everyone.

I know this is a time that is a struggle for everyone, but just remember that God is in control. We are here, we are blessed. Things might be an inconvenience, but we are still so blessed and fortunate to have our friends and loved ones safe. As I've said before, these are the times that when we take notice that the Lord is in control and not us. I pray that you will just have great peace through everything these next few days and know that He is the one who will bring us peace in "all" circumstances. The joy of the Lord is our strength. See you all as soon as the power comes back on.🙂🙏🏼

Our ministry Hizstrength is passing out cases of water from 9 30 AM til 3 PM to anyone in need. We are parked in the gym parking lot. If anyone is in need or you know anyone, please come and pick up a case of water.Praying for everyone and the safety for all in the aftermath of this storm. God bless you and be safe.

The gym will reopen when the power comes back on. Hopefully everyone stayed safe and secure from today's terrible storm. Not sure when we will get our power back on, but we will post when we do.
