The fabulous Ms. Kathy started training with me two years ago. We’ve worked with her scoliosis enough that she’s now doing advanced work - including the grasshopper!! Congratulations, Kathy! Your dedication has certainly paid off.
This was priceless! I was introducing pilates to residents over at Terwilliger Plaza this morning as part of their Wellness Fair. This year was a county fair theme. Thanks to Melissa’s cow-suit was a crack up! Y’a got to laugh sometimes!!
