Could NOT be more proud of this Bayside High Rollers team!! Once again defying all odds and winning the Maine High School Bowling State Teams Championship!!
BHR rolled along like we had all year rolling at least 2 females each game, admittedly starting the season slow. However we continued having fun and heating up after the New Year. That BHR team really stepped it up today! Along with multiple 200 baker games today, BHR had an epic string of 6 strikes in a row during the final and deciding game, cementing the team’s victory!! We will miss our departing seniors Lily and Amelia!!
Thank you to all the supporters, and all of the bowling centers that help make Maine High School Bowling amazing!! Congrats to all the athletes, shout out to runners up Altered Mayhem for another truly great match!!

We will be losing these three seniors after this year, and to say that they will be missed is an understatement. Chloe just started bowling about 6 weeks ago and has melding into the team wonderfully, even bowling State Teams last week (her first real tournament ever). Tess is a powerhouse whom has been a solid leader amongst the team and will be moving on to make waves in the softball world in her bright future. And Jason, my first ever 5 year Bayside High Rollers whom has been with the team inception rolls some of the strongest strikes in the sport and I will miss him as a go to strong anchor of the team. Best of luck to these wonderful young adults, continue being yourselves and share your amazingness with the world!
Ok on to the final outcomes, and all I can say is just WOW!! All of our BHR athletes made the cut number today!
Tess and Aubree Frager got 3rd and 4th of the top females in the state, along with brand new bowlers Amelia in 5th and Chloe in 9th.
On the Males side Jason McCarthy grabs 3rd, Matt Cole was 5th, and Eric in 12th. Our own Alex Adams took home the Maine State Male Individual Champion!
All the matches were so great, the excitement was palpable! Congrats to all the athletes today, they all bowled very well, and shout out to Maine State Female Individual Champion Paige White!

So proud of the BHR team! Ranked 1st going into today’s Team States Championship, our team fought hard all day and came up with a huge runner up finish! Shout out to Altered Mayhem on the win.

To finish out my high school career, I was able to take home back to back Maine State High School Girls Individual Championships and 3 out of 4 years take home the title! Also, so happy to have won back to back Maine State High School Teams! I love BHR and will miss competing with them but so happy to start competing in college bowling.
My day started slow but I knew I just needed to keep it clean and make my spares to stay in the cut. After 2 games I was in 3rd.
Going into the next cut I kept with the same game plan but was hoping to strike a little more. ❌❌ Made the cut and moved up to second.
Then it was onto the semifinals where it moved to head to head and I had to take on the 3 seed. This is when I knew I had to step up my game once the pressure was on and I did shooting a 235 to win my match!!
Now onto the finals. I knew that it was going to be hard so this is when I decided to put my striking shoes on! I wanted this win my senior year! I shot 255 in the finals to take home the 🏆!!!
I used my Brunswick Bowling Quantum Evo Hybrid for game 1 but then moved to my DV8 Bowling Troublemaker the rest of the day. That ball is good- even for one handed girls! 🤣
I have to thank my dad who is not only my coach but my dad first and foremost!
