This administration is removing T and Q from LGBTQ in their government vocabulary, but this foolish act will never erase Q***R and TRANS people. We have always existed and continue to exist in all parts of the world across countries and cultures since the dawn of time.
If not for the Q***r and Trans Black and Brown femmes we would not have Stonewall. Protect our Black Brown Trans and youth. We will stand louder and stronger.

February Schedule
Hello February! It’s also the beginning of the lunar new year which is the year of the Wood Snake. This is a moment of renewal, growth, and transformation. Prioritize inner work, listen to your intuition and trust your instincts. Let me know what old skins you’re ready to shed.
This is my fullest schedule to date and how grateful I am to be sharing all these offerings. I’m teaching Sundays - Fridays at various locations in the city and online.
NEW ANNOUNCEMENT: I’ll be teaching regularly at Yoga on Yamhill in downtown Portland! Catch me on Friday’s at noon, and every other Sunday afternoon at 2pm for a LGBTQ+ community class.

January Yoga Schedule
Goodbye 2024. Hello 2025! Dropping on here just to make some special announcements for new classes starting January 1st! If you have movement & fitness goals for the new year, consider joining a class or workshop with me to kick off the year.
SPECIAL NEWS: I’ve officially joined the teaching staff at Seeking Space Yoga in Southwest Portland! You can find me teaching the new Friday morning Flow + Restore 75 minute classes. 9:30-10:45am.
Vinyasa (breath with movement flow) + Restorative (supported postures to relax your body and mind) = Flow + Restore. This class brings the perfect balance into your practice, beginning with a 45 minute awakening vinyasa flow to open the body. Active movement is followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga to compliment the flow. Moderate Intensity: Beginner to Advanced Levels.
NEW CLASSES: I’ll be teaching active aerial yoga Wednesday nights at Knot Springs. 6:45-7:45pm.
Aerial yoga is a practice that uses a hammock suspended from the ceiling to experience yoga asanas. It can be a fun way to build strength as well as assist in deep stretches that support the body. Beginner to experienced levels.
I’m also added a new ONLINE sunrise yoga practice. Join from your own living room at 7:30am Pacific Time, and wake up gently to slowly energize your body for the day. Register at my website to book the class. Hope to see many friends and family near and far on a weekly basis to support our physical and mental well being.
I am also continuing all the regular offerings, Q***r focused yoga at Now Yoga every other Sunday afternoon from 2-3pm at Now Yoga on Division.
Mens online n@ked yoga classes every Monday night from. 5-6:15pm Pacific time.
And the next in person HIMEROS event is scheduled for Saturday January 18th at 3pm.
January 2025 marks me stepping more into teaching yoga and embracing this yogic path. Here’s to all of us stepping into the unknown with courage, trust, and open hearts. Remember we are stronger when united. Thanks for supporting me on this journey.
