I woke up this morning to my big eyed, crazy haired little child while other parents in my hometown wake up to a pain so deep, an emptiness I hope no person ever has to experience.

Our hearts are broken for the families impacted by the unspeakable tragedy last week at Silver Rail Elementary School. If you feel called to support the families of the lives lost, I’ve included links (two of the four remain private).

The path to healing cannot happen alone. Healing happens in community, despite everything we’ve been taught in this hyper individualist society.

Sometimes the only thing that brings me back from the abyss thought spiral of “why” is a friendly smile in the studio, a warm hug and the safe space of my yoga mat.

Join Cary Spaeth on Sunday, Sept 20th from 6p - 7:15p to intentionally rest in the cosmic pause as we honor the transition from summer into fall.

The Autumnal Equinox marks the completion of a harvest cycle, and honors the unique and momentary symmetry of day and night. Your body is also earth, is also cosmos, is also seasonal. There is nothing happening “out there” that isn’t also happening “in here”. The invitation is to acutely listen for what is done, and to create the conditions for what is poised to come in.

Together we’ll share in a Yoga Nidra practice which will bring us into the play of opposites, and ultimately into deep and wakeful rest.

Please feel free to bring anything with you that facilitates your own experience (consider layers of cozy clothing, socks, a beanie, an eye pillow, possibly a journal if you include that in your practices), you can expect to be lying on your back for the majority of our time together.

We are SO EXCITED for our new Flow & Form class with Haley Haley Finnegan Thursdays 12p-1:15p!

This is a workshop-style yoga class that blends flowing movement with focused exploration. Each class explores a specific aspect of practice, such as transitions, balance, mobility, or alignment, through drills, movement exploration, and elements of a more traditional Vinyasa practice.

Hello, I’m Erin, a dedicated yoga enthusiast with nearly a decade of experience. My yoga journey has profoundly transformed my life. I initially began practicing yoga after pregnancy to alleviate back pain and physical challenges. A serendipitous yoga class marked a pivotal moment for me, providing relief from discomfort and revealing newfound strength, as well as the unexpected spiritual dimensions of yoga.

Pursuing yoga teacher training felt like a natural progression, inspiring me to seek further growth. The transformative experience of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Parallel 45 Yoga in 2021 commenced with a heartfelt vinyasa class, enriched by harmonium melodies that evoked deep emotions and ignited a significant spiritual awakening.

For years, I poured my energy into dynamic movement classes, particularly focusing on Aerial Yoga. Recently, I have shifted my focus towards a more deliberate practice, incorporating both Pilates and yoga. I find great fulfillment in helping individuals connect their mind and body. My teaching encompasses everything from dynamic vinyasa flows to the elegance of Aerial Yoga and the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, allowing me to serve a diverse audience.

Whether you’re hoping to become a Yin Yoga teacher or simply longing to deepen your own practice, our 50-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers an immersive journey into the quieter, more contemplative side of yoga.

Over the course of five weekends, you’ll join facilitators Riley and Ashlee alongside a cohort of heart-centered practitioners to explore the wisdom of presence, softness, and surrender. Together, we’ll discover practices that invite us inward - creating space to slow down, listen deeply, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
