Prioritize Strength Training: You lose about 1% of muscle mass per year after age 50. Lifting weights or using resistance bands at least twice a week combats this loss. You're never too old to start.

The worlds population is getting older - by 2050 the 60+ population will double to 2.1 billion. But aging doesn' t mean that we have to slow down. Consistant exercise can slow your biological clock up 9 years

🌞🌞Terrain Race 🌞🌞
Getting out and running an obstacle course. Sooo many hills!! 😥 It was so good to run again. Itching to do another one.

The number on the scale doesn't tell you everything and this is proof of that. This is my Inbody test.
The weight on the scale says I'm heavier. If it was the only thing I looked at all the working out would have seemed pointless to me. Looking at my body fat % has gone down and I even put on more muscle which causes you to weigh more.
Please if you're looking to lose weight even though it may not look like you're making progress keep going you'll get there!!

⭐⭐Forward head posture ⭐⭐
With more people working from home and being on their phones this posture is very common. I see it everyday at work in people around me & I even have it a little myself. This is a little routine I'm doing to correct my posture use it for yourself and let me know if it helps.
