Are YOU a veteran looking to improve your balance, strength, range of motion, focus, mental clarity, sense of calm & peace of mind.....without the use of pharmaceuticals?
Now you can, (at no cost) with live Tai Chi classes from the comfort of your home!
Both private 1 on 1 and group online sessions are available.
Stay healthy and connected with activities that build your vitality this winter by enjoying this new VA benefit via the Community Care network.

This is what Veterans are saying about the Tai Chi program:

“As a veteran who has PTSD practicing Tai Chi and Qigong has allowed me to center. Through regular practice I find that I have become calmer and more focused. Physically, Tai Chi/Qigong has helped with my balance, strength and stamina. Jason is an outstanding instructor who is extremely knowledgeable regarding the practice of Tai Chi/Qigong and is able to effectively convey this practice to students”.
-D. Jones

“Having serviced six years in the New Hampshire Army National Guard and eighteen years in in the New Hampshire Air National Guard, plus serving in Desert Storm I feel I have a good handle on the issues of serving in the Military. I have been a student at the Maine Center for Tai Chi for fourteen years. The relationship with the teachers has been of upmost importance in my personal growth. The ongoing learning and growth that is Tai Chi is helpful whether you have a military background or not. Genial exercise and meditation are the keys to an enriched life.”
