Sullivan Recreation and Fitness Complex at the University of Southern Maine

Due to the expected weather in the morning, the University of Southern Maine, including the Sullivan Complex, will open at 10:00AM on Tuesday (1/27).

We are happy to announce that we will be offering both of our Women's Power Hour and Functional Fitness Fridays fitness classes in the Spring 2026 Semester!!

Women's Power Hour is an hour long fitness class that will take place from 1:30PM - 2:30PM on Tuesdays and Thurdays in the Bodyshop, and the class will run from January 20th to May 21st.

Functional Fitness Fridays is an hour long fitness class that will take place from 11:30AM - 12:30PM on Fridays in the Multipurpose Room, and the class will run from January 23rd to May 22nd.

Both of these classes will be hosted by our personal trainer, Niffy Allen!

With the weather coming in tonight and tomorrow, we will close at 6:00PM tonight (12/23), and will be closed tomorrow (12/24)!

Hello Everyone!

Due to the limited food stamps for the month of November, the University of Southern Maine is collecting food donations!

If you are able to donate, as seen in the photo above, there is a table when you enter the Sullivan Complex, where we are accepting donations.

Also, see the list of foods that we are able to accept!
