MOBILITY STRETCH | THURS 11:30am 45min
Brett Russman is teaching his first class back at Bay Club this Thursday, April 11th in our Studio Zen.
This class focuses on strength, flexibility and range of motion. All experience levels are welcome, including anyone working with an injury. There are modifications and adjustments throughout class.

Barre tones and strengthens legs, arms, your core and glutes. This particular style of workout is graceful with low intensity movements leaving you energized and transformed.
New barre instructor, Stephanie Walsh, teaching on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm. She also teaches our MOTR Pilates and Mat Pilates as well as one-on-one with the Pilates Reformer.
If you are looking to get strong and want to try something for all experience levels and fitness levels, this is the class for you!

Meet Morgan!!💥
Come take class with one of our newest instructors at BC. Mom, career woman, and Pilates guru, Morgan is the perfect addition to our team here and is excited to bring you a new class: Mat Pilates with the Magic Circle. ⭕️
This class is open to all fitness and experience levels. Strong focus on strengthening your entire core while increasing your flexibility and improving your posture. 🧘♀️🧘♂️💪🏼

Bay Club family, please join us in welcoming Eryn, our newest yoga instructor! Starting next week, Eryn will be teaching her Vinyasa Yoga class every Thursday at 12:15 and giving you that afternoon zen we all need.
A bit about Eryn:
Eryn earned a bachelor of science degree from Boston University in 2018 while simultaneously working on the DIAGNOSE CTE research project.
In 2020, she began teaching yoga after completing a 200-hr training with Yogamaya based in New York City. She followed that up with a 300-hr training in Yoga Medicine in 2021.
Eryn’s focus is on research and preventative health approaches for the brain and body, zeroing in on finding solutions to support people in recovery from concussions and other sports related injuries. She combines the wisdom of yoga with the knowledge of western medicine to bring balance and optimal health to her clients.
An FRC mobility specialist, ARPF Brain Longevity Therapeutic Specialist, and a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist - Eryn is currently working toward her certification as a personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has a passion for bringing people back to their natural state of health and loves finding unique ways to support each individual she works with based on their personal needs and goals.
