Meet our new swim coach Stacie!
Stacie is a former collegiate swimmer, assistant coach, swim instructor, surfer, and all-around water-loving human. She offers lessons for all adults-from those who are nervous around the water to those wanting to improve their technique or efficiency for competition or sports. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the moment when a movement ‘clicks’ for her clients. Whether you’re just looking for a few quick hitters to get you started and comfortable or want to get into a regular routine with swim workouts tailored to your level, Stacie can help! She recommends 30-minute sessions for beginners and 1-hour sessions for those looking to improve their endurance or technique.
