Hatha Flow with Molly Luther on Saturdays at 11 am
Movements are synchronized with the breath and at a slower pace than Vinyasa Flow. Sequences move through standing and floor poses, focusing on alignment, strength, and embodied movement. Classic yogic practices like pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and philosophical concepts are woven into the class. Sanctuary is a monthly community grief circle, a practice of co-creating a container to hold our experiences of loss with gentle care and loving-kindness. From personal loss to collective loss, there is so much to grieve in our world. Our grief asks to be witnessed and tended to in community. You do not have to do this alone.
