I realize I might have posted these pictures of Maxson Sensei and my black belt test (circa 1989) on Throwback Thursday, but I forgot. Also forgot on Forgetful Friday. So here they are now on Schmoozy Saturday.

After the Senior Instructors Workshop NE Dojo had some special visitors.

Afterward, we roasted hot dogs and had chips and drinks and cookies. All in all, quite a successful day of engaging with our neighborhood.

We are your new neighbors and we are inviting you to a grand opening of our new dojo.

• Please come at 10:45 for an introductory class for Kids and Adults, 11:00 to Noon, taught by Chief Instructor Calvin Tabata, 8th degree black belt in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido
