Feeling like everything’s "fine" but your body says otherwise? You're not alone.
Drop a 🧠 if you’ve ever ignored that quiet discomfort
We often admire “being easygoing” or “low maintenance,” but underneath, many women learn the safest move is to shrink — to say yes when they mean no, to suppress that inner tension. That tiny act of self abandonment happens quietly, yet it silently chips away at your well-being.
Here's the truth: your body always knows when you're not aligned inside — tension in your shoulders, a dropped voice, that stomach drop. Ignoring it isn’t kindness, it’s self-betrayal.
Maybe it’s time to listen more closely. What’s one small step you could take today to honor your truth?
Remember, self-awareness is the first act of self-respect.

You didn’t imagine it.
You experienced it.
And then it got dismissed.
“You’re too sensitive.”
“You’re overreacting.”
Now you’re left holding two competing truths,
what you saw and felt,
and what you’re being told is “reality.”
That internal split?
That’s where the confusion begins.
And confusion isn’t random.
It slowly erodes your self-trust.
Not because you’re broken,
but because you’ve been taught not to believe yourself.

Drop a 💥 if you’re ready for clarity after narcissistic relationships!
After months of work, I finally have a workbook that cuts through the confusion and helps you regain control. It’s packed with lessons, worksheets, reflection prompts—everything you need to start healing and understanding yourself better.
And the best part? I’m giving away the first lesson for free! Just DM me on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook, or click the link in bio to grab it. (Full book drops soon on Amazon & my website!)
This isn’t just a workbook — it’s a tool to empower you to reclaim your life and trust your intuition again.
Worth thinking about.
What's the biggest challenge you're facing in healing right now?
Women who have been in narcissistic dynamics do not usually understand they're performing for that connection. You are all kinds of goodness and you'll give it all for a little bit of goodness back. That's the price for connection. Lies...message me "not anymore" for more information about how I might be able to help.
Truth isn’t just something you know.
It’s something your body has to feel safe carrying.
If you were mocked, dismissed, punished, or invalidated for speaking up, your nervous system made an adjustment.
Silence became protection.
That wasn’t weakness.
That was adaptation.
But survival strategies aren’t the same thing as alignment.
A lot of what I share on the socials is from the lens of dating after narcissistic relationships. Not because everyone I date is a narcissist —
but because once you’ve lived in emotional imbalance, your nervous system is on high alert to notice things and to notice them faster. What is noticed may or may not be the date’s problem but it IS a problem.
This content is about rebuilding self-trust when you’re learning how to date again without abandoning yourself. If you’re in that phase, you’re in the right place.
