In July our athletes spent two days on the mat at the Hankuk Olympic Taekwondo Seminar, olympic-level coaching brought all the way to the Pacific Northwest. Massive thank you to Master Joe Whitworth and Washington United TaeKwonDo for hosting, and for opening it up to clubs across the region. Events like this raise the level for everybody.

It’s a wrap! Congratulations to Mia and Sofia for splitting the final for the 2nd year in a row. Mia 🥇 and Sofia 🥈. Congratulations to Reagan for winning 🥈 Rav, Rory, Max 🥉. Great effort from Owen, Leo and Terra who all came up short from a medal.
Final medal count for us is 4🥇 5 🥈 5 🥉 at USA Taekwondo National Championship 2026.

Congratulations to Jonah for winning 🥇 Yana & Olivia 🥈 🥈 and Science 🥉. We appreciate and recognize Emily, Riku, Avaline and Diyana’s effort who came up short from a medal this year. Lessons to be learned, progress over results is what matters in the end. Onwards!

USA Taekwondo Nationals Day 2
Great performance from Reference who is an USAT National Champion after being an AAU National Champion last year. Amazing performances from James who is a National Champion as well, Arpit who got 🥈 place and Faarisah who got 🥉.
We are proud of Leah who won one and lost a close one in the quarterfinals yesterday. Onwards!
