Tis the season for working with pitta dosha.🍃Mint coriander cold brew tea is my go to with the Ka-Ku bottle. Mint is cooling and coriander gently harmonizes pitta without disrupting the other doshas. These bottles have a filter in the top and are both lightweight and large enough for herbal tea ma # # ! We have them in cool green, dusty rose and ecru.

Feeling stuck? You can use a flower to regain your flow through the practice of trataka, or eye gazing. This yoga practice cultivates at least three of the eight limbs of yoga: pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation). While it is common to use a candle, we practice this during teacher training using live plants. Flowers are another wonderful, seasonal choice as they also will naturally incorporate the breath.
Ready to practice?
1. Place a flower at eye level, at arm's length, on a steady surface.
2. Spend a few minutes looking only at the flower without looking away.
3. Close your eyes and visualize the flower for a few minutes.
