What do people normally do after running from one edge of the Grand Canyon to the other? Well, most of us would drop from exhaustion and would need a week to recovery. For Team USA Patagonia Captain Sherrianne Nelson, she gets in an upper body workout on the journey gym. This is a whole other level of fitness and commitment. This is inspiring.

This year the PRS Fit founder and CEO, Jeffrey Kline, and his team were chosen to race in the Patagonia Expedition Race (www.usateampatagonia.com), and will be Team USA. It is regarded as the most difficult race in the world. 10 days over the ranges of Patagonia with running, cycling, hiking, mountain climbing and kayaking with about 30% of teams even finishing.
Only about 1 in 60 of this level of athlete workout in traditional gyms as they train outside in the environments and are often on the road and must train where they are. They also know the mission critical need for strength and resistance training in order to improve their overall performance and ability to better tackle their events.
Coach Jeffrey personally selected the journey gym as the product they will use leading up to the race, they will create training specific content around the journey gym for the team and they will train all over the country as they prepare for 2016. Their team will be followed by a film crew creating a full length documentary on the year leading up to the race and of course the race itself. We are honored to be a part of their journey.

Katelyn, a new mom and journey gym client, had sincerely amazing results from her recent 70 Day Challenge. We mean amazing as she lost 31 lbs., a ton of inches and is at her lowest weight of her adult life. Nothing makes a new mom more energized than regular fitness and being in great shape. Thank you for being an inspiration here Katelyn.

Here is Laurie and her truly awesome results from her journey gym System after her journey gym 70 Day Challenge. She worked out on the journey gym an average of 4 times a week and in the end lost 9 lbs., countless inches and now has visible lean abs in her 40’s. Strong work Laurie!

The band Superfly Crew loves journey gym! Along with his guitar, Kevin Purcell brought his light weight compact portable journey gym System to band practice to show off the new prize to his bandmates. Superfly Crew was instantly hooked after each of them jumped on the system. The whole band wants to perform their best for their first tour and will be on the road for weeks at a time next summer. Now, all the guys want to join the next journey gym 70 Day Challenge together by getting in the best shape possible to prepare for the tour’s back to back shows.

Laurie recently completed her journey gym 70 Day Challenge and was willing to share her results. After the challenge she has lost a total of 9 lbs. moving from 128 to 119, has a visible set of lean abs, and is at her lowest adult weight and has more strength than she has had in years. Nice work Laurie.

journey gym customer and advocate Neal Hammond is having an amazing health journey. He recently wrote the company and stated:
"I have been using the system at least 4 days a week since October 1 at my new job! I can do the 20 minute workout now and keep up! Can do the push-ups, 1 minute of jumping jacks 2x during the session which is like 100 jumping jacks and have improved from like not being able to do 1 push-up with Glen to now being a boss and doing like 20 good ones! My muscles are getting huge and everyone notices! My wife and kids especially! Feeling extremely good!"
