Hey PTC….another exciting race weekend is here, and we have several folks making the most of it!

This weekend PTC members Melanie Erdmann and Megan Shaw are racing the HILLY Lake Oswego Lake Run! Go get it gang and have fun!

We are 2 weeks out from the Mock Tri! And 1 week out from the price increasing! Your registration includes options to attend a Transition Clinic and/or Open Water Swim Clinic before the event. AND a Portland TriClub swim cap

If anyone needs to rent a wetsuit, email us to coordinate reserving one.

PLUS! Join us for a ‘Mock the Mock’ event, which will include a course preview the morning of Sunday, May 3rd at Lake Vancouver.  You are welcome to this free event for a self-paced or group course preview coupled with a ‘fix a flat’ workshop to cover basic bike maintenance and get us all set for the Mock Tri the following Saturday.  Stay tuned for more details as we near the date.

Remember….the difference between who you are and who you want to be, is what you decide to do. Go get it gang and have fun!

Hey PTC....the 2026 race season is finally here, and it’s time to turn all those quiet, early-morning training sessions into the fire that fuels your races!

This weekend, PTC members Zachary Harris and Jennifer Lummus are taking on the Portland Shamrock 8k! Good luck and have fun!

Run like a leprechaun is trying to steal your Garmin, and there’s a cold beer waiting at the finish line (because there is)!

The PTC Mock Tri is back AGAIN for 2026 and registration is OPEN!
There will be Sprint-like and Olympic-like distance options, which you can choose on event day.
The purpose of the day is for you to either try the sport, or to fine tune your skills before you summer races.
Current members are all welcome to participate! If you are not a current member of Portland Triathlon Club, you can purchase a day-of membership. Current members receive $10 off. We have TWO registration windows this year. We have “early bird” pricing from March 9 - May 2 and will increase the price for the week leading up to the event from May 3 - May 9. Sign up now and we look forward to seeing you out there!
