ACL injuries are among the most devastating in sports. They almost always require surgery and grueling rehab, and significant side effects can appear years later and follow athletes for life.

Among young athletes, especially girls, knee injuries have become a quiet crisis, even though a few simple exercises can lower the risk. As one expert put it: “It’s probably the biggest youth sports issue in the world right now, apart from concussions.”
