The group will head out to Happy Valley.
This route will be new to me but I’m excited to try something new. The forecast for the next few days look a bit uncertain. If conditions look dangerous ride will be cancelled early Saturday morning.

Eight riders joined on a surprisingly almost sunny ride to Oregon City.
Katie, Jennifer, Jenny, Rachael, Robin, Tera MayLee and Nancy rode along River Road to Oregon City.
We had one flat which happened conveniently at the OR City pit stop. Sorellas showed great teamwork and we got rolling again.
No additional mechanicals or issues. We enjoyed coffees and hot cocoa at RCB.
Total miles approximately 27.

From RCB to Gresham we did ride,
Tera and Andie by my side.
The morning roads were slick in spots, beware,
Yet east we rode, headwind met us out there.
But homeward bound, the breeze gave us a shove,
The journey back was smooth—a ride to love.
This dry January, a gift so rare,
Another day of cycling joy to share

Jennifer and I met at RCB at 9am on Saturday for a beautiful blue sky ride. We decided to shorten the ride and only tackle Tabor - the pavement was dry, the pedestrians were full of smiles, and we had a lovely time riding in the sunshine!
No mechanicals.
