Part of my birthday celebration including a trip to Portland Goat Parties where I got to love on all these goats for hours! 🐐🥰 Thank you Samantha Elkrief and the goat farm for a wonderful day - I’ll be back!

A magical day at one of my favorite beaches. After a surf session at Short Sands, I realized with my wetsuit on, I could easily wade through the enchanting green pools of water to reach the waterfall. Since it was such a warm day, the cool water of the waterfall felt rejuvenating as it washed over me. I played in the pools of water afterwards like a child full of glee. 🥰

I’ve been working really hard this year and finally spent a much needed relaxing vacation on the Oregon coast with friends and family, and even got to surf and paint.

What a treat to come together in community for a 2-day Skillshare event created by the students at Lewis & Clark college. I was so impressed by their planning and organization efforts, the variety of Skillshare workshops offered, the food, live music, and their presence to create a beautiful space for us to come together. The memories of those I connected with are still so vivid in my mind. Thanks for making me feel included. The first slide shows what I physically made while there, but I also learned a lot about bike maintenance, local herbalism, and disaster preparedness.

One of my favorite ways to spend summer in Portland is joining my community in evening bike rides 🚲through the city with dance breaks, bringing joy to the people. This was the LCD Soundsystem meets Daft Punk ride. 🪩 I had so much fun. Maybe I’ll see you on a future ride!

Calling the Sensitive Activists & Resisters

🔥 Feel like the world is burning and your nervous system can’t keep up?
You’re not alone.

💕 You care deeply. You feel everything. And you’re ready to do something, but not in a way that overwhelms your system.

Join me for a gentle, creative workshop where we’ll each make our own oracle deck - The Sensitive Activist’s Oracle.

We’ll co-create decks to support us through these times — filled with gentle reminders and personal truths.

Each session includes space to share real-world actions aligned with our values and capacity.

📩 DM me if you’re interested. I’m envisioning hosting via Zoom on Saturdays from 11am-1pm. Group will run from Aug 9th - Sept 27th. No art skills needed.
