What is the LTAP?
*
The LTAP ™️ includes 5 orthopedic Based assessments that help direct me to better understand where to start my treatment.
*
When I say, I’m trying to understand the “root” cause of your symptoms, I mean it. The LTAP allows me to do just that!
*
That isn’t meant to over-simplify pain because pain is multi-factorial which means there often isn’t just ONE cause, BUT with this assessment tool it helps direct me to the area to focus on FIRST that is causing a protective pattern that isn’t allowing the body to fully heal.
*
As says, “It reveals the area of the body that will result in the greatest global change and facilitate optimal dynamic alignment and self healing capacity of the body.”
*
This assessment tool has truly had a profound impact on how I assess and treat, which has resulted in my patients getting back to what they enjoy most, FASTER!
*
*
If you’re experiencing pain that you just can’t figure out, let’s connect! Comment LTAP to get the conversation started :).

To the new faces here, I’m Danielle, your Relatable Running PT! As a middle of the pack runner, Mom of 3 kids under 5, small business owner of and , I GET IT when you say to yourself “there just isn’t enough time”!

SPRING RUNNING PSA!
*
I know the warmer temps that are slowly but surely sneaking up in New England make it incredibly tempting to pick up where you left off…

BUT…

If you’ve taken the winter off from running, these are my 3 top recommendations:
1. Ease into it with only 1-2 days/week
2. Keep runs on the shorter side (20-30 mins). There is no shame in following a run/walk plan(ie: 2min run,1 min walk x 10) if it’s been 3+ months off from running. Gradually introducing your cardiovascular and muscular system to the demands of running.
3. Keep up with your strength training! If you haven’t strength trained, take this as your sign to start 😉.
*

If you are looking for more support, send me a DM! Let’s get you running this Spring without any set backs!💪
