Born in Eugene, Oregon, Brett Michael Wells (BMW) was a three sport letterman
at Hillsboro High School (1986) and went on to become a four year letterman in football and
All-League selection at Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon (1986 – 1990). Brett also played several years of profess
ional football in Europe and arena football in the United
States. His unique experience has spanned 20 years in the health and fitness industry. In this
time Brett has been a Personal Trainer for the whole spectrum from the working

BMW Fitness: Personal Training & Sports Specific Programs AVAILABLE
1.) Standard ONE on ONE Personal training
Target client: Any individual with short and long term goals that want the best One on One personal training available.
2.) Group Training ( Overall fitness & conditioning)
Target client: Any Group ( co-workers etc.) with the same goals and interest whether it be sports and/or fitness related. Great for Coworkers to build camaraderie, be healthier and motivated together through exercise and teamwork to take the thinking out of the equation.
3.) Sports Specific Training ( any sport )
* BMW Fitness will test and evaluate you to establish specific exercises and individual athletic routines to make you the strongest/Fastest most explosive, agile, athlete you can be. Target client: Only elite athletes and/or serious weekend warriors, with a specific sport or activity, should apply.
4.) Personal Program Design
* BMW Fitness knows that your time is valuable and most clients need both coaching and motivation while others may just need a little coaching and someone to design a fitness program specifically for them and update regularly (every 2-4 weeks). Target client: Someone that does not feel the need for one on one training but needs updated fitness routines and information.
