This Sunday! Join MCT Instructor Cal Clark for a two hour Workshop on Qigong & Meditation. Cal is a certified Evidence Based Qi Gong Teacher, a licensed Massage Therapist and Polarity Practitioner who brings mindfulness and energy work into all he does. This workshop is sure to help calm the body and mind and realign the spirit during Spring's tumultuous energy. Appropriate for all levels. $35 in advance.
