We'd like to welcome you to an immersive evening of sound, breathwork, microdosing, and somatic healing! Paired with dynamic sound and the frequency of an (optional) fungi microdose, we will journey through inner emotional landscapes and release stuck emotions, expanding consciousness and returning to the body.

During this session you’ll be guided through The Elemental Rhythm Flow Experience. This breathwork experience combines movement (shaking), along with several rounds of guided breathing and extended exhalations set to a cadence of music. This yin/downregulating activation will calm you down, help you unwind, and bring you to the present moment. Sound healing often leaves people feeling grounded, balanced, and deeply replenished as the vibrations help restore a natural sense of peace and flow.

Mindfulness & Essential Oils

This workshop supports lymphatic health through gentle movement, education, and hands-on learning.

Participants will explore the basics of lymphatic anatomy and physiology while practicing a lymphatic movement yoga sequence inspired by breathwork, yoga, and pilates. Led by Gepina, the class includes simple stretches participants can integrate into daily routines, guided-assisted stretching and alignment, and a demonstration of self-massage techniques using custom essential oil blends.

Please be mindful if you have scent allergies or sensitivities, as essential oils will be used in this workshop. This event is complimentary for those with MBC (Stage IV) breast cancer.

This session will consist of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being. You are welcome to bring a small item to place on the altar during the sound bath!

Folklore & the Feminine: Selkie Stories with the

Embodied Storytelling is a collective practice of letting the wisdom hidden inside folktales travel from your head down into your heart and deep into the knowing of your bones. Each gathering centers a myth chosen intentionally for the moment we're living in, stories that have survived centuries because they carry something essential about what it means to be human.

Selkie stories are anchored in the cold waters of northern coastal cultures on the shores of Scotland, Ireland and the icy crags of the Arctic. The seals that make their homes on these rocky coastlines at once live in two worlds. These tales follow beings who shed their seal skins to walk among humans, only to find themselves trapped, domesticated, and aching for the sea they came from.

Plant Wisdom Circle with

In this month's plant wisdom circle, we will work with the spirit of Yarrow, a powerhouse of wisdom, love, and clarity. Yarrow has helped me over the years align with my center, and from this place of inner clarity, create a forcefield of authentic boundaries, coming from love. They have helped me with inner vision, manifestation, and so much more.

Together we will create a ceremonial space to journey with Yarrow's medicine. You will have time to sit in silent meditation to connect with the spirit of Yarrow and receive messages from this powerful presence. This way of communing with plant spirits allows you to find embodied connection with plant medicine. So, the wisdom of the plant lives within you, not just from what you read about their medicine.
