We keep Her ✨ALIVE✨by embodying her JOY and LOVE for music, dance, and fashion!

✨PLACEMENT AUDITION:✨
Date: Thursday Sept. 17th
Time: 6:30-8pm
Location: 222 se 8th Ave. Cumbia Corazón PDX
Cost: $10

Well go over ALL the details of the 10-week series and answer any questions you may have :) then we’ll warm up, learn a short Cumbia footwork sequence with styling, then you’ll perform it in small groups. Based on skill level, performance quality, and Diana’s eye for energy and vibes, she’ll place you in the appropriate group level for the Series 🤩

REMEMBER💓ITS NOT ABOUT PERFECTION! It’s about having fun and embodying our Queen Mother SELENAAAAAA QUINTANIAAAAAA❤️💞✨

*Everyone interested in participating in the full 10-week series MUST attend the placement audition with Diana, so she can place you in the appropriate group level for the series 🤩

💃🏽SELENA STYLING 10-week Series + Showcase! 🕺🏽

We’ll train in Cumbia technique, footwork, styling, and performance! 🎭 each group will learn a full Selena choreography with formations, styling, and costumes!

THEN you’ll show off all your hard work for family, friends, and community at our WINTER SHOWCASE in December along side other student Cumbia performances! ☃️🔥✨

Rehearsal Dates:
Sept. 24 thru Dec 3.
Thursday night rehearsals!
-no rehearsal Thanksgiving day

Rehearsal Times: (90-mins)
Cumbia I 6:30-8pm
Cumbia II 8-9:30pm

Showcase Dates: Friday Dec 4 (evening) + Saturday Dec 5 (matinee).
Times: tbd

Series cost: $520.
Payment plans available upon request.

I can’t believe we pulled this off in 8-weeks yall. 🤯This group really came together and created a whole vibe that is all their own. Celebrating feminine power was the thread that ran through this showcase. And sharing what they worked so hard to accomplish with their loved ones, is a huge reason WHY I do this. 🥹🤩

Long nights, the commitment to getting every move on point, being exhausted and still pushing through, these dancers really put in the work and it shows. 😘😘😭🥵 I am SO PROUD OF THEM! 🌹🌹

This weekend’s SOLD OUT Reggaetón Showcase was everything I imagined for my dancers 🥹😭😍 all their hard work for the past 8 weeks really paid off! I LOVEEE creating spaces like this showcase for adults to share something they’ve been putting time, intention , and effort into with their family and friends. ☀️🫶🏼🌹
