It was a challenging year filled with ups and downs but grateful to have a guy like this along for the ride. Appreciative for the time we spent talking shop and working out.. excited to see how far he goes 🤝

Away game in Ankara vs Turk Telekom.

Finished the 2-0 series sweep in the Quarterfinals.

As we finished up the season, we took advantage of the gap between games and ramped up the intensity in our training sessions.

Limited on-court time and no games allowed for more focus on improving the brakes and gaining confidence playing at a lower angle. Gaining access to these angles will help on both sides of the ball.

Big piece here is the on court accelerations following the gym sessions .. in the past I’ve spent so much time trying to build these “better angles” in the weight room and not implemented out on the court. Sometimes the best thing we can do is to let the athlete be an athlete.

Build a foundation, gain control and go use it 💨

Beautiful spot for a mental & physical reset.

It’s hard to articulate just how difficult a 10 month season is not only on the body, but also the mind. Little breaks like this are critical for keeping the balance and performing at your best when it matters most.

Starting off May with tissue prep and coordinated mechanics.

We’re heading into a 20 day break between the final domestic game of the season and the first playoff game while Euroleague finishes up their playoffs.

Over that time, we are going to create a higher stimulus in training sessions compared to typical in season workouts.
