It was hot. Oooh, so hot. But our candidates for new belt rank hung in there and did everything asked of them. Basics that lasted seemingly forever, techniques, forms - all demonstrated strong skills.
Kudos to everyone!!! Wear your new belts with pride!
Also, big, big thanks to adult Black Belt Josh, who assisted in the advancement. …and our best wishes to Sr. Master Mark, who was home sick. Feel better!!

A great Double Daggers Seminar offered by GM Steve DeMasco today, with assistance from Sr. Master Mark Giordano. A truly awesome form.
Also in attendance were Grandmaster Mangone, Professor Hatfield, and Sr. Master Frank Abbate.
GM DeMasco was a long-time student of GM Larry Mangone and his presence today was a special honor.
Both Professor Hatfield and Sr. Master Abbate are longtime students of GM DeMasco.
