A Group: 25+mph average, 32 miles
B Group: 20-22mph average, 30 miles
C Group: 14-16 mph No Drop: 12-16 miles
Regular MNR Loop: thru Pease, Newington, Greenland, Post Road South, Breakfast Hill, to the coast, up Rt.1A.
