We are inviting you to our fundraising meeting this Sunday at the park !

Fundraising is important in youth sports.
It provides:
~more opportunities for every player

~reduces financial burden for some families to be able to participate

~creates more funds for special events put on by PBA

~provides quality equipment that players can use to practice and compete safely

~brings community together to support young athletes

~athletes can learn teamwork, responsibility, communication, goals and giving back

With YOUR help whether you can donate, volunteer your time at events or just simply spread the word, Potosi Baseball Association appreciates you!

🎃 2nd Annual Treat Street in the Park! 👻🍬

Get ready for a spooktacular evening of treats, community, and family fun! The City Park Board and Potosi Baseball Association are excited to host the 2nd Annual Treat Street in the Park!

📅 Saturday, October 31st, 2026
📍 City Park
⏰ 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We’re inviting businesses, churches, organizations, teams, clubs, and other community partners to join us and set up a booth along Treat Street! There is NO CHARGE to participate—we simply ask that each participating organization provide candy to hand out to the kids. 🍭🍫

Booth setup will begin at 2:00 PM, and all booths should be set up and ready for trick-or-treaters by 4:00 PM.

⚾ THANK YOU TO OUR 2025–2026 PBA BOARD MEMBERS! ❤️🤍💙

As we close one chapter and begin another, the Potosi Baseball Association would like to recognize and sincerely thank each individual who served on our Board of Directors during the 2025–2026 season.

Board service isn't measured simply by how long someone held a seat. Whether you served for one month, several months, or the entire year, your contribution mattered.

Every meeting attended, conversation held, decision made, problem solved, volunteer hour worked, idea shared, and helping hand extended played a part in moving our association forward. Some served for a season, some for nearly the entire year, and others stepped in when they were needed most—but every person left a mark on PBA.

Thank you for giving your time, talents, leadership, energy, and commitment to our players, families, volunteers, and community.

Serving on a volunteer board isn't always easy. Much of the work happens behind the scenes and often goes unnoticed, but those contributions helped make the 2025–2026 season possible and helped lay the foundation for what comes next.

No contribution was too small.
No length of service was insignificant.
Every person helped move PBA forward.

As we welcome a new Board of Directors, we do so with appreciation for those who helped bring us to this point.

The Potosi Baseball Association is excited to officially introduce our **2026–2027 Board of Directors and Officers!**

These volunteers have stepped up to the plate to help lead our organization, support our players and families, strengthen our programs, and continue building the future of baseball and softball in our community.

🚨🥎 ATTENTION 2026 FALL ADULT SOFTBALL PARTICIPANTS! 🥎🚨

CHECK YOUR EMAIL! 📧

The Potosi Baseball Association has sent an IMPORTANT UPDATE regarding the 2026 Fall Adult Softball season, and we need input from EVERY registered participant!

*There was on email returned undeliverable and two participants that did enter a email that we could use.

Due to registration numbers, the PBA Board has proposed an alternative tournament option for this fall rather than immediately canceling the program. Before a final decision is made, we want to hear from the people who registered to play.

📧 ALL REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS: Please review the email and respond with your personal decision regarding the proposed option.

🥎 TEAM MANAGERS: In addition to your personal response, please respond to the additional request.

📅 RESPONSE DEADLINE: FRIDAY, AUGUST 28TH

Your response is important! The PBA Board will use the feedback from registered participants and team managers to determine whether we move forward with the proposed tournament option or issue refunds to those who registered and paid.

Please don't assume someone else will respond for you. We need to hear from EACH registered participant!

🥎 ADULT SOFTBALL REGISTRATION UPDATE 🥎

Late Registration for the 2026 Potosi Baseball Association Adult Softball season is officially CLOSED.

Thank you to everyone who registered and expressed interest in participating this fall!

📋 WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The Potosi Baseball Association Board of Directors will meet tomorrow evening, Monday, August 24th, to review the final registration numbers and determine whether we have enough participation to move forward with the Adult Softball program this season.

⚠️ A final decision regarding the 2026 Adult Softball season will be announced following the Board meeting.

We understand that players and teams are waiting to know whether the season will move forward, and we appreciate everyone's patience while the Board reviews the numbers and makes the final determination.

🚨 ADULT SOFTBALL LATE REGISTRATION ENDS TONIGHT! 🚨

There are only a few hours left to get registered for the 2026 Fall Adult Softball Season!

The Potosi Baseball Association is extending registration for our 2026 COED & Men’s League Adult Softball season!

📅 Late Registration: Saturday, August 15th through Saturday, August 22nd, 2026
💲 Late Registration Fee: $45 per player

⚠️ WE NEED TEAMS!
We must have a minimum of FOUR teams in BOTH the COED and Men’s leagues in order to have a program this season.
