7.18.26 - Champs Day 3

Our eventers finally saw some action today. All three had perfect turnout at their formal inspections (including two riders with HB rankings)! They rode their dressage tests in between holds for weather.

Our games riders had their 2nd day of competition and had some wonderful vaults, hand-offs, and teamwork.

And our dressage rider rode twice today with a morning test and afternoon musical freestyle.

We wrapped up the day with a course walk of the show jumping ring.

Tomorrow will be a big day of riding and ending with the final awards. However it turns out...we know the kids are giving it their all!

7.17.26 - Champs Day 2

Today we had hacking, first session in Games for Landon, Skye, and Leeliana, and first dressage test for Meghan. And our eventers (Hannah, Cami, and Finley) walked the cross country course.

Special shout out to Landon, Meghan, and Leeliana who received perfect turnouts at their formal inspections. And Katherine received a sportsmanship award for helping her dressage team through their formals!

Tomorrow we have another round of games and dressage tests and our eventers finally get in the saddle for their dressage tests.

7.16.26 - Champs Day 1

Today was the official start of the event. There was hacking, bathing, equipment checks, jog outs, opening ceremonies, time with one another in tent city, and night time barn checks.

We made it to Kentucky! All of the horses are settled in their stalls and Landon got to practice on his borrowed pony, Tulip.

And here we are…our Championship Team!

We will be getting a police es**rt out of town Tuesday morning and should be rolling through Canton about 10:05am or so. Come cheer the kids (and ponies) on.
