Welcome Cinnamon Stick! Stick is an 11 year old standardbred gelding from Trot Trot Standardbreds Adoption & Retraining Program. He has already been adopted and he is here at the farm for a month of training to get him started under saddle. We will also be taking him on many trails.
We look forward to starting his training once it is safe (air quality).

I am so happy Jackson is “back in the saddle,” driving again.
Today was the first day since Devon that I drove Jackson and he took it like a champ, completely unbothered.
Also, we drove our new marathon vehicle! Thanks to Evan and Hayden for going all the way out to Nebraska over the weekend to pick it up. I already love it so much.

So proud of both our riders today! One this was her first show and the other first show with us. It was a tough day and the horses did so well, but started pooping out at the end of the day (me too, I don’t blame them 🤣). We accumulated a lot of ribbons, I just didn’t keep track. Congratulations to both riders!

Leo is now allowed to roam the farm! He has been a very good boy and been wanting to come out, but once I did he wasn’t so sure with all the large “dogs” about. He gained the confidence quickly as he looked around the barn.
Phoebe on the other hand still needs some more time. While she is making waves and sniffing or letting me pet her a little, I think it would be beneficial for some one on one time with her.

Meant to post these last week during the heat wave, but have been too busy enjoying the cooler weather after those days. 🥵
What a hot weather lesson looks like at Nature’s Grace 🥰 from some of Chelsea’s lessons.

Sweet Daisy was dropped off today at her new farm, with a huge field that she is already enjoying. We cannot wait to see her again when we visit to go on trails and teach lessons. I’m already itching to go out on the trail with her and Lily!

Found this lovely sunflower in the middle of the field. Nature has a way. 🥰
Anyone know how to move it without killing it?

Daisy has been adopted! And by someone very close to us!
Lily has been looking for a smart horse that she can develop in her way and Daisy checks all the boxes. She has a good brain and a silly personality that everyone who comes to the barn loves. Not to forget how pretty she is, a real head turner. Lily’s goals with her are to take her on trails, develop her riding and liberty knowledge, some fun tricks, and create a willing partner.
We are so excited to see how these two develop. We will definitely be in touch with Lily and Daisy, and continue to help their partnership grow.
