“My core strength, knee and hip pain are much better.” This is the important part.
Daryl was doing some workouts at home, but still had some nagging aches & pains.
Right around 6 months of regular workouts with us & he’s feeling stronger, with much less pain.

We’ve done a bit of remodeling here, where one thing lead into another.
Found it kind of difficult to take down these boards. Almost from day 1 in 2011, we asked people to bring in a photo of themselves in their activity & sign them.
A lot of the pics became so faded you could barely see them. But they are part of the history of Performance Athletics. I’m so grateful for all of the people on these boards & everyone that has come after them.
And they will stay in rotation in our digital photo display!

You know you should be doing some sort of exercise.
