Dear Friends, with sadness, I am announcing that barre classes will no longer be offered after July 17th, 2026. I have been offering barre for the last 7 years (maybe longer?) and that era is now coming to an end. For boutique fitness studios to survive and compete with big corporations, it really requires strong community support and that has waned. Interest in other areas like meditation has increased, so you will see me offering more meditation and other spiritual/energy minded classes (you can follow my other page: Wellness Through Wisdom, Jessica Ann d'Arcy CCH, Hypnotherapy & Meditation to be kept in the loop).
