What a fun way to celebrate FOUR! We had the best time celebrating Callie with all of her sweet friends. A day filled with movement, laughter, yoga, and plenty of birthday fun!

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard people say “my child won’t sit still for yoga” or “my child could never do yoga!” Listen, if we taught your children like we do adults, they would NOT do yoga. Children learn through PLAY

We go on adventures, we use props, we play games. We help them learn tools they will use FOREVER. Don’t sleep on kids yoga 😘
