Congratulations to **Kitsap Rowing Association** — our second crew to cross the **$12,000 fundraising mark** and earn a brand-new PINK Concept 2 erg! 💗

And here’s what makes this one especially fun:

Kitsap has just **8 people on their fundraising team**.

Eight people. $12,000+ raised. One pink erg earned. 💪

And they’re not finished.

**Coaching and Leadership Opportunity with Kitsap Rowing Association**

KRA is looking for a volunteer coach to help support and shape our growing rowing programs. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for rowing with real leadership development, working closely with our existing coaching and support staff to build a sustainable future for our teams.

**Why consider this role?**

* **Develop Leadership Skills:** Step into a rewarding position focused on empowering fellow athletes and strengthening your own capabilities as a leader and mentor.
* **Help Shape the Program:** Collaborate directly with KRA staff to deliberately grow and maintain our rowing community.
* **Incentives Included:** While this role requires a solid commitment to KRA administration and coaching, specific incentives are provided to match your dedication.

A great time with fellow rowers and some friendly competition, followed by a potluck with our neighbors at Bainbridge Island Rowing. KRA participated in several scrimmages today and despite the absence of sun, it was a terrific morning.
