Happy Sweet 16, Charlotte! 🥎🎉

It’s been such a privilege being your coach and watching you grow, not only as a pitcher, but as a young lady. I’m proud of the work you put in, the way you compete, and the heart you bring to this team. You’ve given me plenty of proud coach moments, and I know there are many more ahead.

Keep trusting yourself, keep working hard, and never lose that smile. I hope 16 is an amazing year for you—you deserve it!

Happy Birthday, Charlotte Jay! 💙🥎
