Josh has been an active volunteer, coach, and board member who is passionate about providing a positive experience for every player and family in our league. He currently has three children in the league, and has been with PNLL since 2021.

A huge THANK YOU to Aaron Szawielenko for his incredible dedication and leadership as President of Poway National Little League.

Over the past several seasons, Aaron has helped shape our league into one that puts families first, creates a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for our players, and embraces healthy competition.

Under Aaron’s leadership, our league became a place where kids could develop their love of baseball, volunteers enjoyed being part of something special, and we even celebrated a District Championship!

Thank you, Aaron, for the countless hours, thoughtful leadership, and passion you’ve poured into Poway National. Your impact will be felt for years to come, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done for our league.

It has been a little while since we have been able to add a banner, but PNLL is BACK!
Congrats to these boys and coaches for all of their hard work put in to this Allstar road, and thank you to friends and families for sacrificing trips, evening plans and more to support this team.
