What an achievement! 🎉

Coach Arsen Aleksanyan has been selected as a Class of 2026 inductee by the California Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, receiving the “Lifetime Service to Wrestling” Award.

Before he was building champions at Poway RTC, Arsen was one! An Armenian Cadet and Junior World Team member before bringing his career to California, where he won a state title at the community college level and went on to captain the team at Michigan State University.

Since 1996, he’s poured that same competitive fire into coaching. From assistant coach at Cal Baptist to head coach at Life Pacific University, and now shaping the next generation at Poway RTC.

This award isn’t for one moment. It’s for a lifetime spent giving this sport everything he has.

Congratulations, Coach. Well earned. 🥇
