SAVAGED Strength turned 4years old over the weekend. We hosted our annual putt putt masters and Aryn Stacho and EStarrett took home the trophy. (Please see last slide for the most intense 2of3 🪨 📄 ✂️ for the overall champ) This year spectaculaura and I had our spicy little nugget ember (future strength coach, maybe first ever hire) we introduced mini triathlons to clients, and even pushed people to do workouts they would never think of doing I couldn’t have asked for a better year. But really I want to highlight how amazing it has been being able to be your coach. This gym wouldn’t have made it without your support. So I thank all of you who have believed in SAVAGED in any capacity just know I am so grateful. These years have been awesome to watch the gym grow. Now let’s stay hungry and keep pushing the limits and keep getting better together.

This one was outside our normal badge day, and it was a blast! B**r mile chug and run. 4 beers and 4 laps. What could go wrong!? Everyone survived in the group no vomit 🤮 DQs and was the fastest woman to shoot em back and take off. Thanks to for the fun event looking forward to another!

Booking system crashed. Had to do a ton of yucky admin work. Forgot to grab my lunch from the fridge on the way out this morning. Took baby em shopping so momma bear ( ) could get a workout in peace. After the dust of mid day settled I had a window to challenge myself, it was get it or don’t. What a perfect motivator.
10000’ climber I wanted sub 60min solo. (55:42)
I just hopped on and took off took 2 quick breaks and broke my personal goal. It’s not to impress you or anyone out there I just did it so I could still be and baby embers Superman and that’s all I needed to keep me trucking. Some of you put too much stress on what you’re doing. Find a “why”. Whatever your “why” Make it your reason to keep going. If you don’t have a “why” you’ll be spinning your wheels. Wondering what am I doing this for rather than enjoying the journey.
