Hey everyone! We’ve been keeping a close eye on the weather and are hopeful that the heavy rain and storms will continue to slow down. We decided not to cancel practice since we may have some new families planning to join us tonight, and we don’t have everyone’s contact information yet.

If it’s still raining heavily when you arrive, feel free to use the Pre-K entrance in the back and drop off under the awning to help everyone stay dry.

It looks like things are beginning to calm down in the Powell area, so we’re hopeful for a good evening. Hope to see everyone tonight! 💙

Come See What Winter Guard Is All About!

Do you love to dance, perform, or want to try something completely new? FBA Winter Guard is inviting FBA and FBA Homeschool girls in 2nd-12th grade to join us for Open Practices and experience what Winter Guard is all about—no experience required!

Come learn flag, basic equipment skills, and choreography while making new friends and building confidence in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether you’re interested in performing, competing, or simply curious about the sport, these open practices are the perfect opportunity to give it a try.

This year, we’re also exploring the possibility of starting a Minis Team for our younger students. If we have enough interest, the Minis Team will be designed for younger participants and will not compete, but will perform at a few school and community events throughout the season.

Open Practice Dates:

* August 17, August 24, & August 31
* 6:30–8:00 PM
* FBA Student Center / Youth Worship Center

A Parent Meeting will be held on August 31 at 7:15 PM for anyone interested in learning more about the season, expectations, and team opportunities.
